MasterDealer is a poker game management and tracking platform designed to help friends organize and track their private, social poker games. By using this Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

MasterDealer provides the following features:

• Poker game session tracking and management
• Buy-in and cash-out recording
• Profit/loss calculations and statistics
• Group management for poker clubs
• Settlement recommendations to minimize transactions between players
• Historical game records and leaderboards

3. User Conduct and Intended Use

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use MasterDealer to:

• Track private, social poker games with friends, family, or acquaintances
• Record buy-ins and cash-outs for score-keeping purposes
• Calculate and display game statistics and player records
• Organize and manage your poker group membership
• Document memorable moments from your game sessions

3.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use MasterDealer for:

• Commercial gambling operations or online gambling platforms
• Games involving strangers or unknown parties recruited for gambling purposes
• Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international gambling laws
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activities
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Distributing malware, spam, or any harmful content
• Impersonating other individuals or entities

3.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. MasterDealer does not endorse, facilitate, or promote gambling. The Service is a neutral record-keeping tool, and all decisions regarding actual money exchange between players are made independently by users outside of our platform.

4. Account Terms

4.1 Account Creation

MasterDealer operates on an invite-only basis. To create an account, you must:

• Be invited by an existing user or group administrator
• Authenticate using a valid Google account
• Provide accurate and complete information

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Since authentication is handled through Google OAuth, you must keep your Google account secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and underlying technology, is owned by MasterDealer and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (such as photos of special moments). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
